In Game Etiquette 1. Players may not use or exploit errors in design, features which have not been documented, and/or “program bugs” to gain access that is otherwise not available, or obtain a competitive advantage of other players
2. Players may not use tools to hack or otherwise alter the service or software provided
3. Players may not use the service for means other than that which is intended by design or designated by K2 Network

Clan Avatar Guidelines
1. Avatars will represent the clan in rosters, the game lobby and tournament ladders
2. Guidelines for Avatars
- No larger than 51x51 pixels
- Must be submitted in .jpg format
- Avatars must contain appropriate content. They may not contain offensive or inappropriate content as well as trademarked images
3. Once an avatar is chosen, it will go through an approval process
- If accepted, the clan founder will be notified
- If denied, we will give them another chance to change the avatar
- If player keeps submitting inappropriate avatars, appropriate action will need to be taken
4. There will be a fee to change an avatar once it has been submitted and approved
Naming Policy
1. Guidelines for nicknames
- 6-10 characters using A through Z and no spaces (different from your login ID)
2. Guidelines for clan names
- 25 characters or less [alphanumeric and underscores]
- 2. Once a clan name has been approved or denied, the clan leader will be notified
- 3. If a name was not approved, the clan leader will be able to submit a new name until an appropriate is accepted
- 4. If multiple inappropriate names are submitted in succession or an inappropriate name gets past the filter, action may be taken
3. Players found using names that violate our policies will be addressed accordingly. Names that violate the following rule set are excluded for in-game use:
- Names related to race, ethnicity, or nationality in a negative fashion
- Names related to sexual orientation in a negative fashion
- Names that are obscene or vulgar in any language
- Names related to a major religion or a religious figure in a negative fashion
- Names related to illegal substances
- Names that are similar to trademarked or copyrighted products or services
- Names associated with K2 Network or its employees
- Names that violate the spirit of War Rock
Harrassment Policy
Our harassment policy has been created to cultivate the most positive, fun and non controversial environment possible for everyone to enjoy. Clear or masked language that falls under any of the categories below will result in appropriate action taken against the offending account.
Note: The in-game chat filter is only provided as an initial layer of protection against restricted words and phrases. Language not blocked by the chat filter is not guaranteed to be appropriate.
1. Negative racial, ethnic, or national remarks
- Fosters discrimination in relation to race, ethnicity, or nationality
- Implies racial, ethnic, or national hatred
- Alludes to figures or symbols that promote racial, ethnic, or national hatred
2. Attempting to gather account information
- Blatantly asking/requesting or using various means of ruse to obtain account name(s) and password(s) under different ownership
3. Real life involvement
- Refers to violence or harm that is not directly related to War Rock
- Releasing real world information about other players or K2 Network employees
- Refers to threats and the distribution of information
4. Negative sexual orientation remarks
- Commenting or asking questions in regards to sexual orientation in a negative fashion
- Insultingly refers to any aspect of sexual orientation
5. Negative major religion or religious figure remarks
- Any comments that portray a major religion or religious figures in a negative fashion
6. Obscene or vulgar language
- Refers to extreme violent acts and sexual acts
7. Inappropriate language
- Any circumvention of the language filter for any means
- Any language that would violate the spirit of War Rock
8. Spamming
- Excessively messaging the same text, similar text or gibberish
9. Advertising
- Promoting or announcing any website, organization, or business that is not directly related to War Rock
10. Exploiting
- Refers to hacking, abusing game mechanics, data stream manipulating, and data mining
- Refers to using unapproved third party programs and malicious user interface modifications
